This is just a simple mod which I made for myself that hides Halloween posters, like the ones in Sanctuary for example. It's a retexture, so that means nothing is deleted or changed, so no broken precombines and safe to install/uninstall anytime. The posters are still selectable in Sanctuary even if invisible if you happen to hover over them when you use mods that disable precombines in settlements like Scrap Everything so not really needed in that scenario.
