The basic idea is to have a well fortified outpost to protect Sanctuary Hills from southern raider attacks and keeping the caravan route safe. The southern section of this settle aims more at defence while the northern section is more like a killzone.
Due to space and aesthetics reasons, some of the equipments like the generator and power conduits are buried underground or inside of the walls using "place everywhere" mod, so if anyone want to do some edit on those, console command would be necessary.
