I couldn't find a patch or guide on how to make this work so I did it myself

Before someone comes to me saying "your shitty guide doesn't work" I would like to say I haven't done any extensive testing and I made this guide in 15 minutes but after changing the 10mm pistol to FX0x01's Glock 19x it was working in 9mm (the ammo in the vault won't change so you will have to bash the radroaches to get out)
Make sure you support robbythekidd for the amazing Caliber - Complex mod
Also check out Aaron7491's great CALIBER COMPLEX Patches mod
(which you probably already use)
