New Skewer Launcher heavy weapon. Fully added to leveled lists. Sling some metal!

The skewer is here! A brand new makeshift weapon that hurls metal at the enemies at high velocities.
Requirements:
The skewer uses harpoons as it's ammo type and thus Far Harbor is a requirement.
Leveled Lists:
This weapon is added to the leveled lists. It spawns on vendors, raider bosses, gunner bosses, super mutants and the occasional minuteman. It'll start spawning after level 15. I's a pretty rare drop so you shouldn't see it too often.
Unique Variants:
There are 4 unique variants in the world to discover:
The "Hot Rod"
- Innate incendiary damage. Can be found at the Atom Cat's garage.
The "JK-05"
- Plasma infused skewers! Found at University Point.
The "Blue Tape Special"
- Knocks enemies to the ground. Grab it at Big John's Salvage.
"Defalt's Metal Thrower"
- Holds 5 skewers that can be fired without reloading. Located at the Mass Pike Interchange.

Known Issues:
The unique "Defalt's Skewer Thrower" can spawn with purple textures that go away after fast-traveling. Looking into a fix.
