Tiny compatibility patch to make the bandages and surgery kits added by Wasteland Wound Care stop the bleeding and burning effects caused by getting shot or blown up by Wasteland Ballistics. They now entirely stop the bleeding and burning from wounds. Esp flagged as esl.
Both Wasteland Ballistics (by Hedieded) and Wasteland Wound Care (by PaddyGarcia) are fantastic mods made very creatively with minimal footprint. Give them a download and Kudos to the Authors.
I made this with very rudimentary FO4Edit skills by referring to Vanilla Antibiotics and Vault 81 Cure (molerat cure), and decided to publish it because I spent a couple of hours learning/making this and there are a bunch of unanswered comments relating to bleeding/burning in the comments section of both mods. Under the hood, works by (1) adding a new Keyword to the wounds caused by Wasteland Ballistics, (2) adding a new Magic Effect that Dispels that Keyword, (3) adding the new Magic Effect to the bandages and surgery kits added by Wasteland Wound Care.
First ever patch made, for personal use. If I have done anything wrong, do let me know. If you know how to use xEdit and know a better way of doing this, please let me know in the comments. If you have any issues with the patch (or if an unintended change by me is present), let me know as well.
Requires everything WB and WWC requires (should just be Far Harbor). Load after both WB and WWC.
