Simple patch that adds options to the ECO Quick Modification menu. Currently Grenade Expansion Pack 2, Element Manipulator Cannon, and Break Action Laser

This adds a few options to the Quick Modification menu included in ECO. Thanks to the revamped QM, patches are not mutually exclusive and can be used together or with any weapon in the Weapon Integration Project. I may add to this later depending on my mood, but right now it includes:
Grenade Expansion Pack 2: Can change sabots (as long as you have at least one of the ammo type) and sights.
Element Manipulator Cannon: Can change elements only
Cross Break Action Laser: Can change muzzle (e.g. lobber or scattershot) and sights. Both require the mod you want to use to be in your inventory.
Patching the new QM is pretty easy, if you know how to use xEdit. If someone wants a guide, make a post. I can probably make one pretty quick.
