Just a quick fix for the china lake and holorifle to get rid of the annoyingly fast footsteps while in power armor. It's not a huge issue, but it's very noticeable if you're using the power armor movement sounds mod. I also went ahead and applied the fix to the dropped animation for those (me included) who use the lowered weapon mod. made using the tutorial by DrunkenMasterX that can be found here:

I made this for myself originally but I spent all day trying to figure out the tools in the tutorial, so once I did I figured I'd save the next guy the trouble. this is my first mod in like 15 years, since modding for oblivion was all the rage, so sorry for any issues and enjoy
