This is my concept of cutting and pasting in fallout 4.  I took 1 floor and pasted it onto another floor and then another etc.  I did this by pressing and holding e while I picked the whole floor up.  To paste it I used the place anywhere mod.  it has a function when you press F3 to lock pieces to the grid.  This made it a little easier to connect the floors together.  I made 4 floors that are different and then cut and paste them.  It runs on my gaming laptop with a 1660ti okay.  By that I mean with all the graphics mods its a little sticky in some parts.  I'm sure with some more performance ready mods it would run better.
