Of the People, For the People.
This is a simple outfit overhaul for the Neighborhood Watch in Goodneighbor.
I wanted replace the imitation Triggermen that was the original Neighborhood Watch and wanted them to take inspiration from Hancock and his drug-addled vision to take up John Hancock's hat and outfit. Assumingly they've obtained some of the uniforms from the Museum of Freedom in Concord, and all wear Metal Armor chest pieces, just like Hancock's personal bodyguard, Fahrenheit.
Requires Crimsonrider's Clothing of the Commonwealth. I'm using her Raider Scarlet underarmor just in case someone has added female guards for the Neighborhood Watch.
