Re-did Veteran MM Weapon LL change that made WATM LL patches from my other mods not work properly anymore. They should now work as intended, while keeping v2.7's changes.

Blue Version
Adds all tiers of Power Armor to the Leveled Lists so Minutemen can spawn wearing them. New buildable Minutemen Companions using the new sets of Power Armor, as well.

Adds MM paint to vanilla Combat Armor as a possible OMOD combination and swaps the WATM Combat Armor that Minutemen spawn with to vanilla Combat Armor with MM Paint jobs. Uses script injection to add proper INNR rules.
