Fixed Short Barrel Shrapnel Round attachment.
Adjusted Shrapnel Rounds to deal bleed damage to compensate instead. This is to incentivize shooting at a crowd.

Features:
> Fleshed out receiver selection > Ammunition selection and switching on the fly - Switcher is craftable at either Cook or Chem workbench.
Ammunition:
> High-Explosive - Standard > Anti-Tank - Increased direct damage, reduced splash damage. Splash damage ignores cover. > Napalm - Deals heavy damage overtime. > Cryo - Slows targets > Pulse - Deals heavy damage to robots, can stun organic targets. > Plasma - Deals heavy damage. > Micro-Nuke - Deals heavy damage and radiation. > Nuka-Nuke - Deals incredibly heavy damage and radiation. > Beehive - Shoots 9 projectiles, dealing heavy damage, and ignores 40% of armor. > Shrapnel - Shoots 30 projectiles over a wide area, has increased limb damage. > Dragon's Breath - Shoots 40 projectiles over a wide area, deals heavy energy damage overtime. > Hallucigen - Distorts vision, and causes enemies to attack each other.
