About this mod
This mod does three things:
1. It adds a new type of ammo into FROST, "Recycled Fusion Cells". They are a bit less common then 10mm ammo
2. It changes the Laser Musket so that is used the "Recycled Fusion Cells" instead of normal Fusion Cells
3. As it adds a new type of ammo, the mod can be used to patch energy weapons better for FRO

The "What?"
1. It adds a new type of ammo into FROST, "Recycled Fusion Cells". They are a bit less common then 10mm ammo, but will be one of the more common types of ammo in FROST.
2. It changes the Laser Musket so that is uses the "Recycled Fusion Cells" instead of normal Fusion Cells.
3. This mod can be used as a Framework for other modded energy weapons in frost, like the Zap Guns and the Laser RCW. I will provide patches for these mods so that these weapons use the Recycled Fusion Cells instead of Fusion Cells.
The "Why?"
It enables the player to use energy weapons more often in the early game and mid game of FROST by using the Laser Musket.
I personally always go for energy weapon builds in Fallout Games, but I've noticed that it is not easy to do that in FROST as Fusion Cells and Plasma Cartridges are rare and not easy to find.
So I decided to change this with this mod. I also made the Laser Muskets a bit more attractive for the player, as a Laser Sniper Rifle is normally a better choice in Frost then using a Laser Musket.
The "How?"
The new ammo was injected via a script into all the relevant ammo leveled lists with full support of the scrounger perk. The 10mm ammo was used as a reference on how often the player can find the ammo.
This mod will therefore not conflict with any mods that change leveled lists.
How do I use this as a Framework?
By changing the ammo type of the weapon you want to change to the Recycled Fusion cells, and by changing their NPC Leveled List to the Recycled Fusion Cell Ammo Leveled List.
The Balancing:
I gave my best to balance this mod as good as possible, but there are some minor side-effects. The probability of finding more ammo in general is now a tiny bit higher. Will this have great effects on balancing? No it won't. I can give you the mathematical details in a PM if you are interested.
Load Order:
Load this mod after The Unofficial Frost Updates (= RedsFrostFixes.esp). You can technically load it after Frost.esp too, but loading it after RedsFrostFixes.esp is a bit better :D
