This is my first attempt at uploading one of my many blueprints , be nice :)
Some mods are no longer available on Nexus but can be found on Bethesdas mod site for fallout 4
or on The Mod authors Discord
with the exception of CWSS Redux.
Most people who have played the game for a while and enjoy settlement building most likely already have these mods saved on PC
If you cannot find the mods needed , send me a PM and i can link you to the Discord or maybe send the file to you.
Cleaned up and added walls , more crops , more robots , more production .
OP defense , Medic bot , Mechanic bot ( repairs damaged workshop items and robots ) , 2 Police / Security Bots . and several more mister Handy's .
There are elevator lifts to both overpass levels and a small player home with workbenches and Power Armor bench on the top overpass .
The Home is not furnished .
It comes with a Bed , Kitchen counter with working stove and sink that provides purified water .
Working Shower ( for rad removal ) , also working toilet and Sink with mirror.
No need for any Human settlers here !
( I have a mod that raises happiness for robots . If you do not the Happiness level may stay at 50 )
The way around this is just to put 1 settler there as a guard .
