TL;DR - Doubles DR and ER for PAMaP (1.01)
I took the doubled Power Armor "Damage Resist" and "Energy Resist" stats from the ReBallistic Power Armor ReBalancer (v1) and made them work for Power Armor Materials AND Paints (PAMaP) (1.01)

PAMaP Double Damage Resist (AKA Re-Ballistic 0.63 and PAMaP 1.01 Patch)
I took the doubled Power Armor "Damage Resist" and "Energy Resist" stats from the ReBallistic Power Armor ReBalancer (v1) and made them work for Power Armor Materials AND Paints (PAMaP) (1.01)
Sorry for the multiple versions, had some upload issues. The current v3 file worked for me when I pulled it from the nexus server.
TL;DR - Doubles Damage Resist and Energy Resist for PAMaP
Essentially, this works on PAMaP and doubles the DR and ER stats for all Power Armor equipment.
All the changes implemented in the Re-Ballistic PA file are in this patch, so there is no need to download the Re-Ballistic PA Rebalancer. Actually, Re-Ballistic isn't even required. (If you're not using some kind of Weapon Damage increasing mod though, the power armor is going to be really overpowered.)
PAMaP is required, however.
Installation Instructions:
1. Install manually or with NMM
2. Place after both PA_Materials_Paints.esp and PA_Paints_Effects_Materials.esp
