I play the 3 titled (Agony, SHYB & WB) but there was some incompatibility. As regular I opened xEdit and started making my own patch. After hours I found it was more complicated. So I gathered ideas and come this mod. No script, just simple & basic editing. But the result is generic and thus any mod-added stimpak-like should be supported.
Optional but Recommended - now the lightspeed HP regeneration from Stimpak-popping no longer renders invincibility. Taking cover and dealing with wounded limbs really matter

To cut a long story short, what I did are mainly summarized in two:
(1) Tweaked two Magic Effects - 'RestoreHealthStimpak' and 'RestoreHealthChem', which are mostly used by vanilla and mod-added stimpak-like ingestibles, to remove the auto-limb-healing effect on use. (Consequence: Stimpak-like's HP% based healing turned into fixed value healing, BUT (2) is the work-around)
(2) Add a series of new player perks that give +5% (accumulative) healing from Magic Effects above for every 5 player levels, to compensate the loss of healing power in the process of (1).
'Agony' with 'Stimpaks help you breathe + Wasteland Ballistics' As a result, the conflict of mechanisms between the 3 mods above is somehow solved.
