I got tired of building fence around a few troubled settlements. So I made a few blueprints for the more troubled settlements. This is not a rusty fence, nor will it ever be. There are usually more than one gate (auto close) to prevent it from becoming a prison. These fences do not stop bullets. But they keep foes at a distance.
Manual install only There are fences for the following settlements: Sunshine Tideings Coastal Cottage Egret Tours marina Jamaica Plain Croup Manor Outpost Zimonja RedRocket
New fence added Nuka World RedRocket Country Crossing
Requirements are very simple. Graf's Security Fences Place Everywhere Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints, and it's requirements.
Other blueprints can be added to the same settlement either before or after installing the fence, with out affecting the fence unless some objects are built on/outside the border. The fence can be added to an already built settlement. I have used these several times, and had no problems. I added fence around already built settlement, and added a settlement blueprint to one with the fence in place.
I did not recreate the directory because it might well overwrite an existing blueprint. Just go to your fallout4/data/f4se/plugins/transfersettlements/blueprints directory and add a new folder numbered as needed.
