I love the mod Smokeable Cigars - Cigarettes - Joints, but the buffs you get for smoking what are very common game items are quite strong. This patch is good if you mostly just want the smoking animation for role play and or the survival mode save mechanic.
The patch is a very small esp flagged as an esl, so will not affect load count. Just load it after the main mod.
Changes:
Smokeables now just add a 3 minute 5 point AP buff instead of buffing SPECIAL and doubling sneak attack damage.
Joints still buff Perception, but only by 1 point. Balanced since you need a rank in Chemist to craft.
Addiction now reduces Perception and Charisma instead of Perception and Agility.
I designed this to be compatible and balanced with my Lunar Fallout Overhaul, but that is not required.
