Read before Importing!

I Recommend you at least manually scrap Everything in the first and main area and in the northeast sector workshop (University Point Pharmacy) area of the vault before nuking the settlement because it will leave some floating ground debris where there's suppose to be a platform, trailer, pre build, etc.

Additional Mods/Credits that are not required to import this blueprint but are used in this video are in the YouTube description.

There are over 2300 pieces in this blueprint so it will take a few minutes to build up. I recommend turning off all animations to speed up the process for importing. Assigned settlers will not be able to walk around this build. I believe its a Bethesda problem so it can't be helped. However they will be at their assigned stations when you teleport in during normal shop hours.

Check image description for known issues when importing.

I get between 40 - 60 fps with everything installed.
