Adds the option of using ".300 Blackout" ammunition from Caliber Complex for Winter23pzd's Kilo-141 MW port.

Small addon that allows the use of .300 Blackout ammunition from Caliber Complex into the Kilo-141 since the original mod still used standard 5.56mm ammo. Players can craft .300 Blackout magazines under the "MAG" section when modifying the Kilo-141 in the weapon workbench.
Stats will vary when using .300 Blackout ammo:
- Damage is increased.
- Slight weight increase.
- Range and recoil is increased.
- Higher AP cost.
There is also now a 20-round .300 Blackout magazine option, which replaces the ".300 Blackout Standard Alt" option.

Notes:
This has not been tested with Tactical Reload, but I don't think there would any issues.
