Adjusts ammo weight for survival mode to be more balanced in terms of damage per pound of ammo.

Ammo weights are fairly close to a balanced state but not close enough in my opinion. I have gone through all the various ammo types and rebalanced their weights to roughly 1000 damage per pound of ammo based on the most obvious weapon for each ammo type, with the exception of a few ammo types such as mini nukes, missiles, bowling balls, and cannonballs which were all adjusted but to a different value.
