Adds a 20mm Grenade Launcher mod option for the double-barrel shotgun.

This mod has been stripped from my no-longer-supported weapon mod so that I can present it as a standalone feature.
Requires:
Demolition Expert R1
Gun Nut R2
Deals 75 damage. Ammo weighs 0.25. Only scales with Demolition Expert bonuses.
Ammo is crafted at a Chemistry Workbench; the 20mm Grenade. It requires 1 fragmentation grenade and 5 shotgun shells and produces 5 grenades.
