I didn't set out to make a specific preset but as I was tinkering, I thought he looked more and more like Adam Driver, so I pulled up some references and tweaked it a bit more. This is the result. The only mod technically required is Looksmenu, and he should look mostly alright without the "required" mods. Still, if you want him to be exact, here's what I used:
