Blueprint for my "Institute Player Quarter's - Player Home With Workshop" mod.
FEATURES
- most crafting stations (power armor excluded, sorry)
- lots of storage space and magazine racks
- classical radio in kitchen
- made with survival mode kept in mind
- cozy decor and warm feel, despite being in the Institute
- coffee maker in the kitchen for those that use Slocum's Joe CCC (not a requirement)
INSTALLATION
You need Transfer Settlements and F4SE up-to-date. You also need Institute Player Quarter's - Player Home With Workshop; this is mandatory. Before importing, scrap everything either manually or by typing "scrapall" into the console. You're now safe to import. I highly recommend moving the workbench out of sight for aesthetic purposes.
