With couple hours of testing, seems ENB's puddle reflection is stick to EyeCubeMap.dds from Fallout4 - Startup.ba2.
Since my method is removing EyeCubeMap.dds from Fallout4 - Startup.ba2, ENB's puddle reflection won't work and will shows vanilla fake reflection instead. Keep in mind that mod could be not work for you.
Please contact me or comment here if you have issues.
Currently flickering issues not solved for ENB user. will update as soon as find solution
These are conditions during testing :
- Clean Install
- With and Without ENB
- New Game
- Day and Night
- All Weathers
- Repeating Interior and Exterior swap
- Repeating Fast Travel
These are files which you shouldn't have (loose file or archive) :
- Textures\Shared\Cubemaps\EyeCubeMap.dds
- Materials\Landscape\Puddles\PuddleBloodDecal01.bgsm
- Materials\Landscape\Puddles\PuddleTownDecal01.bgsm
- Materials\Landscape\Puddles\PuddleTownDecal01_NoSSR.bgsm
- Materials\Landscape\Puddles\PuddleTownSmallDecal01.bgsm
Features:
-Wrong environment map(or reflection) fix
-Flickering issues fix (need more confirm from users)
If you installed old version, please delete it and update for better result :)

Spoiler: In Creation kit, there is no 'envmap set' to all puddles that give me thought it may controlled by engine somehow idk.
If above is true, loading material without 'envmap set' may cause error and set to default.
So i added envmap to puddle material file and it works! (at least it works for me)

Ok, I found it!
It seems loading cubemap file twice occur some bugs. so i remove cubemaps from Fallout4 - Startup.ba2 and repacked.
Plus, it may fix flickering issues that someone suffer but not sure cuz never happened to me. please comment if it fixes flicker.
