-The wrecked structure of the settlement houses clinic and surgery chair.
-Defence: wooden barricades and a central structure with mixed turrets controlled by a fusion generator in a concrete chamber.
-Extra structure with barber but which could also be a watchtower.
- Trade Caravan Post and wood structure for Bunker Hill merchants.
