the only version of this most likely, fixes npcs not scaling with level
As stated in the brief description, this mod fixes quite a few overrides that Gas Masks of the Wasteland does towards NPC Level Scaling, simply put, it just makes enemies scale with level again.
Place below "Gas Mask NPC.esp" in your load order.
