About this mod
This is a transfer blueprints settlements that will place a fairly large airship over Spectacle Island that belongs to the Minutemen. You don't really need to remove everything from the island: just load it in and delete any trees clipping into it. My apologies as some mods I used are gone: some of the rooms may look bare.

This is a project I've worked on for several months with many different versions. The final build is over Spectacle Island and features a full airship complete with the following:
It is not really a Player home but if you want it all to yourself by all means. This ship is very, very large and easy to get lost in. I built it and still managed to get lost multiple times. It's also my first try at Transfer Settlements so hopefully it works.
- Bunk rooms for 28 people
- Minutemen General's quarters
- Full compliment of shops
- Armoury
- Eating area
- Power armour storage at the back of the ship
- Water containers onboard
- Workshop
- Multiple cannons underneath the ship that gives it massive defence.
- Multiple static aircraft on the deck.
