I would highly recommend not nuking the original objects from the settlement, instead physically scrapping objects that very apparently don't belong. This is because I did not scrap all of the buildings. Enjoy.

Note that Not your Average Neon and Gruffyd's Posters are no longer on nexus and you will not see anything added by those if you don't have your own local backup. They are by no means required for the import to function, I only used a couple assets from them.
