About this mod
Fixes the Institute Bottled Water so that it quenches the same amount of thirst as a regular Purified Water.

Nobody ever made a fix for this, so here we are.
In case you don't know, the Institute Bottled Water "quenches" less thirst than regular Purified Water. This is because in Survival mode, an item's Value is what determines how much hunger it satisfies or how much thirst it quenches. Since Institute Bottled Water has 15 Value compared to Purified Water's 20 Value, this makes Institute Bottled Water Much less efficient.
Normally, it takes two drinks of Institute Bottled Water to take you from "Parched" to "Properly Hydrated" compared to one drink of Purified Water. In this mod, I simply changed Institute Bottled Water's Value from 15 to 20, so it now works exactly like regular Purified Water.
