Unlocks fast travel in and out of both Fourville and Vault 4 after completing the introduction quests for the locations. Will update marker for Fourville from Vault 4 to Fourville.

Optional file that give our dear Hux a proper outfit fitting a supermutant of his stature.

Optional Patch to change the Institute Locations in Outcast and Remnants to use the Institute Parent Location instead of the Commonwealth one.

This patch is needed for the Weapons Quest fix to work with Outcast and Remnants.
