A simple institute outpost at Oberland Station that includes small sleeping quarters, a lounge area, an observation window, and research experiments. (Bullet holes in the first picture are not included.)

Assuming you went with the institute ending, now that they have won they have decided to expand into the commonwealth. This state-of-the-art facility does not allow outsiders in and with the best laser defense system in the commonwealth it is sure to enforce that rule. The outpost includes a secretary, research experiments, defense systems, a lounge area, a large observation window, and sleeping quarters with enough beds for about 25 people.
there are two mats near a window that are put there intended for coursers to stand there. of course, you do not have to keep these mats.
I would recommend you get rid of the tower at Oberland station before placing the settlement down. steps to do that are below.
1. Save (in case you change your mind because as far as I know once you delete it you cant get it back.)
2. Open the console menu using the ( ` ) key.
3. Click on the tower. you will see its id appear at the top of the console.
4. Type "Disable" into the console. after this, the tower will disappear.
5. there may be some floating debris after you delete the tower just repeat the process on them too and they will disappear.
I'd like to update this where the window placement is better because right now it is honestly kinda bad. I will get around to this eventually for now you can re-place them where you want.

- changed some windows
- changed light fixtures and tried to make them line up more
- added a storage area featuring a weapon workbench and I think it was an armor workbench I don't remember. you will find the entrance on the outside of the building.
- redid the wiring for the lights so they are on top of the roof and out of the way
