In Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 even in Fallout 3, Power Armor was rare. As a logical consequence, this mod was created, simply because its 200 years o'clock. Thus, this mod removes power armor frames from the entire game world. Only vendor sell power armor. Power armor can still be stolen from NPCs.
In short
NPCs are partly altered.
The Atom Cats should no longer wear power armor frames.
Power armor frames should mostly be obtainable by agil gameplay.
Vendors dont sell frames except BoS (Teagan).
Doesn't affect PreCombined meshes and PreVis data.
Can be installed mid-game. However, cell and vendor changes will take effect after respawn, based on setting, in-game days to month. So its recommended to start a new game. Load the mod directly after the DLCs or as high as possible.
