VERSION 2.0 NOW USES ADDITIONAL MODS:

This blueprint (v2.0) now uses SLOT #14

version 1.0 will still be available for download (v1.0 uses slot #2)

New in 2.0 (see photos): 
  • A Clothing Store
  • Changed the food planters from Tatos to Carrots
  • No more stationary guards, all guards now roam around (each guard patrols between 3 spots)
  • Minor changes to the Central Defense Tower's interior
  • Minor changes to some structure pieces
  • Bathrooms behind the station (one serves as a Scavenging Station)
  • A new structure was built over the Chem Lab trailer and repositioned the rear guard post there
  • Added a lot more clutter to make it look more "lived-in"

Features:
  • Heavily guarded checkpoint covering the road to Sanctuary
  • A broken-down bus converted into an RV/coffee shop
  • The abandoned half-buried pickup trucks were repurposed into a Junk Trader's stall and a Guard Post
  • Guard Tower covering the front
  • Watchtower on the northern corner overlooking the bridge to Sanctuary
  • Weapons & Armor Dealers
  • Designated spots for all 4 Bunker Hill Merchants.
  • A small Greenhouse
  • A Mortar Emplacement
  • A Bar/Restaurant
  • The abandoned trailer was repurposed into a Chem Lab
  • The station was converted into a makeshift Hospital
  • The structure built on top of the station houses the Archives & Sleeping Quarters and the Central Defense Tower covering almost 360° of the outpost
  • The old garage was repurposed into a Briefing Room for the Minutemen
  • A warehouse housing the Fusion Generator and PA Workshop
  • Cozy Lounging Areas
  • Small alternate entrance behind the Settlement (access to the underground cave)

NO IMPOSSIBLE STRUCTURES! LORE-FRIENDLY & IMMERSIVE!
No out-of-place objects. Only objects that could realistically be found at Truck Stops/Gas Stations were used.

Import using Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints. Uses slot #14.
