Installation
1) Download and install with mod manager.
2) Load the files after (below) all the files.
Real Time Cover Penetration Framework can be placed high up your load order.
Compatibility
-No Scripts involved so removing / installing Mid-game will be fine
-Not compatible with any Ammo/Bullet/Ballistic mods If they change the Ammunition records (Do-able if you can patch them to be compatible yourselves)
