About this mod
This Bunker was designed as a launching point for Far Harbor but also as a cozy home away from home. It's perfect for a Survival Playthrough. It is Self Sustainably Personified with it's Custom Mini-Garden and Custom Crafting Areas. It can easily support Four People, if you so choose.

Think of this as "Camp David" for your Player Character! This build was inspired by Railroad HQ, The Castle's Undercroft with just a pinch of Diamond City. It's perfect for a scavenger and a great place to keep your memorabilia, i.e. those special curios from your adventures!

20 Defense* (2 Ceiling Mounted Turrets > 1 Heavy Laser and 1 Shotgun. Located just inside the entrance hall.)

2 Chemistry Stations (Custom)
1 Working Shower (Custom)
1 Mini-Power Armor Bench (Fading Signal)

The Mini-Armor Mannequins can be a bit finicky. Make sure you wait 24 hours after building and reloading the cell.. i.e. leave the loading cell and come back, before displaying your armor(s). The same with any item that have been shrunken down.
The Workshop has a cool Red Rocket theme! There is Tons of Storage, lots of customized pieces and of coarse, that Cool Little Garden in the Sub-Basement! I kept a few Custom Pieces of Furniture that I had made for The General Archie Build and added a few new ones as well! Make sure you look around for all the Hand Placed Loot and as always, I love you all and A Rushed Build, Is Never Finished!
P.S.
Build Mode works in about 98% of This Bunker! However, If you feel the need to "adjust" anything in the Sub-Basement, it will require using Place Everywhere and the F5 Option, i.e. "Workshop Timeout Turned Off"!
To access This Bunker, you simply click on the left-side of the ladder provided by JAL. To have your followers enter This Bunker, simply sleep in a bed to teleport them. To assign a worker(s) to the garden, use the Vault-tec Management Terminal, located next to the basement staircase.
