I wanted to create a large building using curves instead of the standard boxy rectangles you see all the time. Curved and circular assets are few and far between for settlement building however I found a lot of great pieces in the Hotchpotch mod by mde0815.

I have 300+ mods installed and just cherry pick assets at random to drop into the settlement. Most assets come from well known mods though. I will paste in the blueprint plugins list below.

creation club mods used:
desert island - important for palm trees and tiki bar
nukaworld decorations - used in cafe decoration
neon flats - some furniture pieces used for decoration
mid century modern furniture
slocums joe
gnr plaza - some decorative assets used

Mods no longer on nexus:
V Furniture by ??? - i used this mod for the furniture in the suites. it is very important to the overall decoration but is no longer available on nexus. i cant find any info after a cursory google search. it added a lot of gta v style assets. I have the ba2 files and esp file but not sure how to share them or if its allowed without author permission. any advice appreciated. 

not your average neon and Bright lights, big city mod was used. not entirely essential. i used the 10,000 generator attached to a pcpo passive pylon to transmit power but you can build your own generators.

I use the Build high mod for bigger settlement dimensions.
