P.S. : All unique/valuable loot is still in the location. Someone else might've gotten to it first.
COMPATIBILITY :
Should be compatible with everything that doesn't edit the Suffolk County Charter School interior cell. (Can simply be moved under a mod editing the location in your load order.) Raiders use vanilla outfits so that they are compatible with mods that edit those leveled lists.
