Useful Deco Buildings
Features
Prop Buildings that add stats to your settlement, like Happiness or Power
They can be found under Resources/Misc.
Some require Local Leader 1 or Local Leader 2
You don't need to assign settlers to them.
Types of Buildings
Residential Small
They provide 6 beds
Residential Big
They provide 20 beds
Commercial
(They Require 5 Power)
Bakery: +20 Happiness, +1 Income
Police Station: +7 Safety
General Store: + 5 Happiness, +2 Income
Bars: +12 Happiness, +2 Income
XXX Fun House: +50 Happiness, + 1 Income
POWER
Small Power Plant: +70 Power
Post Office: Like a scavenging workbench
Things to note, Recommendations
Some of the bigger buildings (Power Plant, Skyscraper...) are extremely
hard to place without „Place Everywhere“ so that's a recommendation
Otherwise I'd recommend using concrete floors when building in uneven terrain
You can use the residential buildings to sleep yourself
