Add script injection to barren vogues outfits for settlers

This mod add script injection to the two barren vogues clothes in the leveled list of settlers outfits.
After installation, the females settlers can randomly use barren vogues outfits and others vanilla outfits, the males settlers use a vanilla version.
Compatible with anything, except mods that totally lock the settlers vanilla leveled list outfits.
Require Leveled List Injection Toolbox for the scripts.
Installation: after Barren Vogue mod + overwrite when asked
