DOWNLOAD THIS FIRST.
EDIT: Fixed the essential NPCs bug, I tried replacing dead NPCs with living ones... and I did too good a job so they refused to die again. Oh well. -
Install this patch following the other patch. Activate ONLY the highest revision .esp file. In this case: R21. Always overwrite files when patching, recommended to delete old esp files. If you need help, use the discord. People here send too many insults
