Removed Redundant Immersive patches for CM2 and Also Removed ECO Recipe Remover as now part of CM2 which was its intended use.

ECO Recipe Remover now includes all DLC recipes that ECO adds, so duplicate DLC recipes be gone!
ECO Recipe Remover added to ECO patches: Removes all the recipes added by ECO and defaults them to off in the MCM menu and also puts the settings items in the utility bench. Other crafting mods then don't interfere and end up with 2 recipes, as some ECO recipes are hard coded like junk, that can't be turned off. Intended to work with Crafting Mastery 2 so no more having to change settings on new game required, and no dual recipes right from the off.
Then have both and get the best of everything with all workbenches now working as they should. -The universal workbench has all the workbenches from SAW in a new menu! -The Workbenches from SAW have all the recipes from both mods now available to their relevant counterparts!
And its all fully mod compatible as no recipes were edited only the benches so ECO ammo in the SAW ammo workbench? sure! Armor crafting recipes from ECO/SAW or any other mod that uses either of them? fine!
So get the best of both, either unique benches or a single massive bench! NOW GO GET CRAFTING!
NOTE: NO NEED TO INSTALL WIPAGS VERSION OF THE ECO PATCH IF USING ANY OF THESE AS IT COULD CAUSE CONFLICTS AND IS NOT NEEDED IF USING ANY OF THESE PATCHES. THAT PATCH MAKES WIPAG/ECO WORK TOGETHER, THESE MAKE BOTH PLAY NICE WITH SAW FOR A TRIPPLE MOD SETUP. SIMPLY REINSTALL WORSIN'S POWER ARMOR GARAGE AND REMOVE ITS ECO PATCH BEFORE INSTALLING ANY OF THESE.
