IMPORTANT AND HELPFUL INFORMATION

ALWAYS save your game before importing a blueprint.

The file for this blueprint utilizes slot 52.  Before downloading, ensure that slot 52 is not already occupied by another blueprint.  You should be able to locate this at
Fallout 4/Data/F4SE/Pluggins/TransferSettlements/Blueprints/52.

Before importing, please scrap all vanilla items and items (if any) that you have already built.

If you use the Transfer Settlements Nuke feature to scrap your settlements, please note that it won’t scrap any of the “yellow outlined” (scrap only) items. These will need to be manually scrapped before importing the blueprint.

Items such as armor and weapons can't be transferred. You will have to place those items from your inventory.

The Nuka-Cade game basketball and atomic roller balls might not build.  If they are missing or you would like to add more, they can be found in the workshop menu Decorations/Nuka-World/Nuka-Cade.

If you are importing this into a settlement that you have already built, note that settlers assigned as farmers often don’t “forget” the location of crops they were assigned after the crops have been stored or moved.  This results in the farmers (previously assigned to the crops) returning to the places where crops were planted (but have been removed/stored) and using the farming animations. This can sometimes be eliminated by assigning the farmers to another job (such as a scavenging station) before removing/storing any crops but not always.  If this happens, move that settler to a different settlement.

When importing be certain to select the following Transfer Settlements settings:
-Import DLC items
-Import wired power connections
-Restore snapped power connections

As Transfer Settlements instructs - after importing, make sure you allow adequate time before assigning settlers or making building changes.

Anything that you don’t like about the build can be safely scrapped. You may also move existing items or add your own items to suit your gameplay.

Don’t like it after you have imported the blueprint?  Revert back to your original save file.
