After over 200 years after the Great War it doesn't make sense that the best commonwealth gunsmiths have to offer are pipe weapons given that most of the equipment and tools from before the war are still somewhat operational, so this mod aims to change this.
This mod adds a brand new commonwealth made weapon into the world of Fallout 4 named the Light Support Rifle. The LSR is an open-bolt select-fire rifle that can be anything between a CQB weapon to a DMR using its modification options. It is meant to be a mid to late-game weapon which can be found on vendors and NPCs (gunners, raiders, triggermen, railroad agents, minutemen, supermutants) at level 20. The LSR can use different ammunition types incuding 7.62x39mm so Nuka World is a hard requirement. I also recommend using Assault Rifle Reanimated by MrLameGaming with the patch for Dak's MG69.
