Utility area includes all Base Game Crafting Stations, ECO's Universal Workbench, and IDEK's Logistics Locker. Office and Utility Areas contain 5 mannequins total, 3 Heavy Weapon Displays (Ammo Storage Included), Several Weapon Racks*, Extra Personal Storage, and Decontamination Arch.
The Rec Room has12 Electric Posters(Removed), 2 Nuka-Cola Flags, 2 Nuka-Cola Signs,
3 Comic Book Posters, 1 Nuka-Cola Soda Machine, 6 Arcade Cabinets**, Bathroom, and Lounging Area.
Dining Area has 2 Diner Booths, Coffee Machine, Donut Fryer, Nuka-Cola Mixer, and Food Storage.
*Weapon Racks can be rearranged/reorganized, make sure to leave one up to snap to.
**Arcade Cabinets are all wired and can be replaced as long as one of the originals is there.
New location allows easy snapping without Place Everywhere.
(Players not using Place Everywhere may have trouble replacing the two on the ends)
