Silver Shroud Safehouse: A Tiny City Apartment Settlement Blueprint
I really enjoyed the challenge of building in Tiny City Apartment - An Apartment Near Goodneighbor by Zorkaz. It's only a 2x2 square space. I figured since it's right next door to Goodneighbor, I'd do a Silver Shroud theme, and liked it enough that I wanted to share.
This settlement blueprint is entirely made with vanilla and vanilla DLC items. No mods other than the settlement itself are required. I do however strongly suggest Place Everywhere to scrap the refrigerator, although I bet you could just console disable it. I also strongly suggest you scrap the stove I placed and use Minimalist Workbenches - All In One by Zorkaz instead so you can have lots of crafting stations in this tiny space. Alternatively, the universal workbench in ECO works well too.
There's a handful of steps involved, but I promise it's not hard. You can do the whole import and do the last steps all under three minutes total, really.
1. Manually scrap the place down. Leave nothing but the floors, walls, and ceiling. Be careful, two of the floor tiles can be scrapped and will reveal the void.
2. Import as usual.
3. Transfer Settlements never imports power connections well, so I didn't include wires. Follow the images on this page. Seriously, it'll only take seconds.
4. Again, Transfer Settlements doesn't handle power connections well. Go into workshop mode and select/deselect all the conduits and connectors after following the wiring instructions.
5. Done.
For those new to downloading Transfer Settlement blueprints, this is a manual download. I could put it into a package that mod managers can handle, but then I would be deciding which blueprint slot it uses for you, and maybe it's one you already use. That's no good. So just make a new numbered folder and drop this JSON file into it. I'm sure you can figure it out, and if you can't, the Transfer Settlements mod is where you should direct your questions on how to use the mod. I'm not a Transfer Settlements trouble shooting representative lol, I'm just a dude sharing a file in case you want it.
