Institute Field Knife and Baton
Adds a new calapsable field knife for Institute and quick edited baton to replace the batons snyths carry.
Drops from synths that carry melee weapons for both,
Will use what ever insitute retextures you use and works reasonably with CC skins for weapons.
The baton will not recolour but added an optional black and red styel for ppl who use those style of institute textures
