Institute Experimental Phaser Pistol
Adds a simple institute style phaser pistol, can be found in advanced system firing range, no attachments, uses fusion cell ammo and does same damage as alien blaster.
Works with most instiute retextures as usualy and semi works with CC skins but some maybe abit skewed in some areas.
