For some reason FPSL changes the amount of water produced by water pumps and purifiers, and the amount of power produced by generators. This mod fixes that.

I made this mod for personal use but figured I'd upload it in case anyone else is looking for a fix. This is my first time uploading a patch made in xEdit, so feel free to let me know if I did something wrong.

If you're like me and you just installed a bunch of mods, started playing, went to put down your first water pump in Sanctuary and wondered why it's for some reason producing 15 water instead of the normal 3, then you may have just found your answer.

FPSL is a lighting and shadows performance optimization mod. But for some reason it also changes the amount of water produced by a water pump from 3 to 15, by water purifiers from 10 to 60, and by industrial water purifiers from 40 to 140. Generators also had their power production buffed.

This patch simply changes those values back to vanilla, without affecting the rest of the FPSL mod.


Why??
I have no idea. I just opened FO4Edit, searched for the water pump (Fallout4.esm\Furniture\000DB83B <WaterPump01Furn>), and saw FPSL was making an edit to the record. Then I checked the water purifier (Fallout4.esm\ Activator\ 0002058C <WorkshopWaterPurifier>) and industrial water purifier (Fallout4.esm\Activator\00119BBA <WorkshopWaterPurifierLarge>) and they were also edited. Though for whatever reason, the powered water pump (DLC02WorkshopWaterPumpIndustrial) was left untouched.

Apparently the creator of FPSL says that they increased the output of water pumps in order to help performance, because you wouldn't need as many objects in one place. But for my personal taste it's just too OP, especially when playing in survival.
