This mod takes the FOLON Standalone Releaser and cuts it down to just the base items (Armor, weapons, etc), which are then integrated via manual edits. If you're familiar with my edit to MCAM, this is the same concept.

Author notes
As usual with my patch mods, if you get permission from the author of the original mod then you have perms from me (after all, I just cut out some of the content they put together).
That said, if you do use this for something I wouldn't mind a link or mention, if just to see it.

This mod takes the spectacular FOLON Team's Standalone Releaser and cuts it down to the base items; the weapons and armor predominantly. Going to be using this for my load order and after getting permission shared it in case anyone else wanted it. Note that per usual I use manual edits, so you'll need some form of patch for other leveled list edits in your modlist (be it automated from Wrye Bash or done in XEdit). I personally use Wrye Bash, then edit the Bash in XEdit (if you use loot reducers/faction replacers/etc Bash can reintroduce vanilla items that were removed), although a good practice is to overwrite the change into a new record (loaded after the bash patch) so that you don't have to redo it every time you remake the patch (something that might seem like a "duh" but I didn't think of until I saw a comment 4estGimp made).
Versioning for the files matches the version of the Releaser you need (ESL flagged ESP replaces the original one in the download -- need the original mod for assets). If there's a newer version, odds are my ESP won't work with it!
Patches: Part of ESL flagging is compacting FormID's, and as such this mod may not work with patches for the old version due to references being different. So, odds are most patches will not work and will need a version for this edit (which could be done relatively quickly in XEdit, as you'd just need to apply the changes to the new FormID's). If I get perms from the original patch authors to upload a version for it (or message them a version they can host on their page - either works for moi) I'll upload them under optional files.
I didn't do an ESP version because by the time I got around to considering uploading it I had already ESLified it (most my stuff I upload is just pulled from my LO's). If there's a future update I might consider moving to an ESP and ESL flagged ESP like my MCAM version.
For those who really want it, the article section contains one covering the modified ESP changes in more detail. (The other article is for when I finish a project I'm working on and can be ignored.)
