About this mod
After finding out that the Point Lookout mod had one settlement not found in the original DLC for Fallout 3, I made a beeline straight to this place to set up a base of operations to stash my loot that I can only get here.
Going back and forth to the Commonwealth to stash my loot is a HUGE pain in the butt-tocks so here we are... enjoy!

- Permissions and credits
All basic/DLC workbenches, Fusion Generator and naturally, all DLC requirement except the high resolution texture DLC.
I recommend you clear the tree lines because giving attackers places to take cover is NOT a good defensive tactic. Also, the Advanced Settlement Turret Set is recommended since wiring the turrets in this HUGE area is NOT something I can recommend you to do.
I made this place with the intention to stash my stuff that I can only get here and I prefer going back with ALL of the loot all at once AFTER I'm done with this place.
If you DO want to quickly get back to the Commonwealth, I recommend you use the S.W.I.F.T. teleporter mod.
Those 2 mods that I recommended is NOT INCLUDED in the blueprint data of course, I STRICTLY made this setup using ONLY vanilla DLC content and assets... other than the Transfer Settlement Blueprint mod of course.
